on the internet. The following are some of the
questions and concerns that are most frequently asked.
I�m new to the
internet and unfamiliar with ordering online. I fear
transferring my personal information and credit card
information online. If I select products from
Skintrigue.com, can I call to place my order?
We will gladly accept

care representatives will be happy to help you. You may
also mail us a list of the products you wish to order
along with a check or money order made out to Skintrigue.
Is ordering by phone
safer than ordering online?
No, there is no
difference between ordering products online and ordering
by telephone as far as safety is concerned. The
advantage to ordering online is that you can do it 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, and the order is processed
immediately. Online orders are generally filled quicker
because the order is sent directly to our fulfillment
center, bypassing our phone center. However, most
orders are received and shipped on the same day no
matter how the order is received.
Is your company a
member of the Better Business Bureau?

How do I place an
order online?
First, select a product
by clicking on the "Add Item(s)� button next to the item
you want to purchase. Make sure you put the correct
number of items in the quantity (QTY) box. The quantity
box is always defaulted to one item. When you are
finished selecting all the items you want to order,
click the �View Order!� button at the bottom or top of
the screen. Once your sales cart appears, you will be
instructed step-by-step how to place your order. If you

How will I know that
my order has been received and is being processed?
You will receive an order
acknowledgement by e-mail once the order is received
when you provide your e-mail address during the ordering
process. If you have any questions about your order
after it has been processed, please call us toll free at
1 (866) 704-8604 weekdays 9 am � 6 pm CST, and a
customer care representative will be happy to help you.
What are my shipping
and delivery choices?
Our most popular form of
shipping is Federal Express Ground Service. This option
is usually delivered within 5 business days and is the
most cost effective at $5.95 nationwide. When a
customer receives free shipping (if your order includes
an Obagi product), we will send the order
via FedEx Ground. Another option is 2-day Federal
Express. This option is guaranteed to be received
within 2 days from the date of the order anywhere in the
United States. The cost of this service is $17.95.
Packages that are
shipped 2-day are not delivered on
weekends. Fed-Ex Ground packages are delivered on
Saturdays if the package is being sent to a home
address. Business addresses are delivered on weekdays
only. Unfortunately, we no longer ship international
orders.

When will my order be
shipped?
Skintrigue.com strives to
ship every order the same day it is received, as long as
the order is received by 12 pm CST. Orders received
after 12 pm CST will be shipped the next day. Orders
are shipped Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday
orders will be shipped the following Monday.
I want to return a
product to Skintrigue.com. What is your return policy?
Skintrigue.com wants you
to be happy with the items you purchase form us. We will
accept returns on most unopened items WITHIN 30 DAYS OF
PURCHASE ONLY. Any product returned must be unopened and
have the original seal intact. All products returned can
be used for in-store credit or a refund to the credit
card used for the original purchase. All returns are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping
charge will not be refunded. If you return Obagi
products and you received free shipping when you placed
the order, you will be charged a $5.95 fee which is our
lowest cost fee for initial shipping from our office. It
is highly suggested that if you are returning a product
that you insure and/or select a form of delivery
confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for
uninsured parcels. These products are not intended to
be used by anyone wanting to sample the products to see
if they are suitable for their skin. You can call us

credit card will be credited when we receive the
returned product from you in the mail.
I placed an order
earlier today and would like to add a product to it. Is
it too late?
If you would like to add
a product to an order that you have placed earlier in
the day, you need to call us as soon as possible to see
if the order has been processed. We can�t guarantee it,
but if your order has not been mailed, we will gladly
add any additional products to your original order.
I thought internet
sales were tax-exempt. Can you tell me more?
It is true that no taxes
are collected on internet sales as long as you are not
located in the same state as the internet company.
Therefore, since Skintrigue.com is located in Texas, all
Texas residents are required by law to pay the current
sales tax. If you are outside the state of Texas, no
tax of any kind will be applied to your order.
What happens if a
product is on backorder or has been cancelled as a sales
item?
Although this seldom
occurs, we may have items that are on backorder or have
been cancelled by the manufacturer. If this happens,
your order will be mailed as soon we receive the item.
In most cases the delay is 2-3 days on items that are on
backorder. If an item is cancelled, we will remove it
from the website.

Skintrigue.com collect, and how do you use it?
The only information
collected on you is when your order is placed. This
information is stored in our database and only used for
future reference to your order if needed. If there
are any promotional offers we may notify you but you
will always have the option to remove yourself from any
e-mail offers. Your information will never be used for
any other purpose.
What about my credit
card number that I provide to you?
The credit card
number
that is used with your order
is never saved or
stored. It is automatically deleted as soon as the
order is processed. Due to this company policy you
must re-enter your credit card information for any
future orders on our website.
How does
Skintrigue.com protect my information?
We protect your customer
information by using secure servers that encrypt all the
information that you input before it is sent to us. In
addition, the customer data we collect is protected
against any unauthorized access.
Does Skintrigue.com
disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
We absolutely do not
disclose any information we receive. While some
companies sell data to �third party vendors� to collect
data on individuals, we do not engage in this practice.
Again, your information remains with us and will never
leave.
