Please Note
If you
do not have an Obagi product in your order and you
select the free shipping option (which only applies to
orders containing an Obagi product) we will charge your
credit card the standard FedEx Ground Shipping fee of
$5.95 and your order may be delayed as a result.
Any order being shipped to a Post Office Box,
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, The Virgin Islands,
or FPO, AP addresses do not qualify for FedEx shipping.
All orders to these addresses will be shipped through
the US Post Office and may take one week for delivery.
If you are having your order shipped to one of these
addresses, please select ground shipping on the shipping
order page.
FedEx Ground
Our most popular choice of shipping is Federal Express
Ground Service. This service is usually delivered
within 5 business days. This choice is the most cost
effective at $5.95 per order. The price, $5.95, is a
flat fee and covers an unlimited number of products.
Orders that are placed by 12:00pm CST will go out that
same day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and
orders placed on weekends will be mailed the following
Monday. FedEx Ground packages are delivered Monday
through Friday to residential and business addresses.

You will be asked for the origin zip code. This is our
zip code which is 78726. You will also be asked for the
destination zip code. This is the zip code where you
will be receiving your package.

FedEx 2 Day
Another
option is Federal Express 2nd day air . This option
guarantees delivery within 2 business days. The cost of
this service is $17.95 per order ($12.00 for orders with
an Obagi product) and covers an unlimited
number of products. Orders placed by 12:00pm CST will
go out that same day. Federal Express orders are only
shipped from our office Monday through Friday excluding
holidays. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays
will be shipped the next business day.

We apologize for
discontinuing international orders and the inconvenience
this has caused; however, it is no longer cost effective
for us to continue shipping packages outside of the
United States. This new policy also includes shipments
